ITC Holding Company, LLC is a holding company based in West Point, Georgia. The company began as The West Point Telephone and Electric Company, founded in 1896 by James Smith Lanier. Around 1950, the company changed its name to Interstate Telephone Company. The current Chief executive officer is Campbell B.
